Options
In this section we will tell you about the services and options we can provide. We will also tell you about the way we will package your prints, how we will send them to you and what to do in the event that you need to send something back to us.
Format
We are pleased to provide all of our images in the following formats:
• Unmounted (Print only)
• Mounted (Print and mount)
• Framed & glazed (Print, mount and framed – standard or bespoke options available)
All images are printed using the highest quality pigment inks, archival quality papers and conservation grade mounts.
Sizing
All images will be printed at an approximate size of 10” x 8” (25.4cm x 20.32cm). Slight variation occurs due to the aspect ratio of individual photographs. Images can be printed to different sizes, please contact us to discuss your particular requirement
Papers
We are proud to offer the highest quality acid free papers in a number of different finishes. Please select from the following:
• Gloss – High sheen finish 271 gsm weight
• Matt – Flat matt finish 271 gsm weight
• Oyster/Silk – Mid sheen finish 271 gsm weight
Other textured finishes are available on request – if you have something particular in mind please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to help.
Delivery
Delivery is included in the price you see - we have no hidden costs!
All images are carefully packaged by ourselves to ensure they arrive with you safe and sound. For unframed images prints will be supplied flat in a reinforced envelope (very large images will be sent rolled in a strong postal tube. Framed images will be packaged in specially designed boxes.
All orders will require a signature on delivery and are insured to a maximum value of £100.00 – additional insurance will be arranged if required. We endeavour to despatch goods within 3 days of the order placed however we will notify you if there is going to be any delay.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is Paypal as this is both easy to use and secure. We store no personal information or payment details on our website. We can accept personal cheque and postal orders – however payment must be fully cleared before goods are despatched.
There is no VAT payable on orders.
Returns
If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase we offer a full refund on return of your order. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility, we advise you to use a registered (signed for) service and insure the goods to avoid any issues. We will do our very best to ensure that any returns are processed and resolved quickly and without fuss.

We will never share any of your information with any other third party or organisation.
